End-to-End Data Protection Guarantee

OrganizeOS encrypts your home tasks, schedules, and personal notes locally using AES-256 bit encryption prior to any optional cloud sync.

01 Our Privacy Commitment

At OrganizeOS, your privacy is our top priority. We believe that personal home maintenance routines, vehicle logs, financial reminders, and habit logs belong exclusively to you. OrganizeOS is engineered as a local-first application with end-to-end security architecture.

02 Data Encryption & Storage Architecture

We use state-of-the-art security measures to protect your information:

  • Local AES-256 Storage: Your tasks, schedules, and custom categories are encrypted locally on your device using AES-256 encrypted Hive vaults.
  • PBKDF2-SHA256 Key Derivation: Encryption keys are derived from your credentials using 100,000 iterations of PBKDF2-SHA256. We never see or store your raw key.
  • End-to-End Encrypted Cloud Sync: Optional multi-device synchronization is protected in transit via TLS 1.3 protocols and encrypted at rest on secure Firebase Firestore.
  • Zero Data Selling: We do not monetise, trade, or share your personal task data with advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.
  • Zero Tracking Telemetry: We do not track your location, browsing habits, or personal contact lists.

03 Information We Collect

Because OrganizeOS operates locally, we collect only the minimal data required to provide authentication and synchronization services:

  • Account Identifiers: Your registered email address and encrypted authentication token for account access.
  • Encrypted Task Data: Encrypted task names, due dates, priority tags, and category IDs strictly for synchronization across your authorized devices. This data is unreadable to us.
  • Crash Reports: Anonymous crash diagnostics via Firebase Crashlytics to improve app stability. No personal data is included.
  • Performance Metrics: Anonymous, aggregated app performance telemetry to monitor load times and crashes. No task content is ever included.

04 User Rights & Control

You have full ownership of your data at all times. Within the OrganizeOS Settings menu, you can:

  • Export your data in standard formats.
  • Permanently clear all local database records.
  • Request full deletion of your authentication account and cloud backups.
  • Switch between personal and shared team spaces with isolated encryption.

05 Third-Party Services

OrganizeOS uses the following third-party services in a privacy-compliant manner:

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication, Firestore database for encrypted sync, Crashlytics for crash analytics, and Performance Monitoring.
  • RevenueCat: In-app purchase processing and subscription management. RevenueCat's privacy policy applies.
  • Google AdMob: Non-intrusive ads for free-tier users only. No personal task data is ever shared with ad networks.
